Virtual membrane layout. Planning of the membrane taking into account the future of the removed tooth and taking into consideration somex anatomical complexities in the form of a pronounced nasal fistula that needs to be bypassed. The shape of the membrane is planned for the original architecture of the alveolar process, the ovoids are made for future implantation, creating a volume slightly larger in the zone of the central cuts and less in the side zone.

Cut of the mucous membrane
Tooth removal 1.1, vectibulary plate stored in the coronary part, cyst curettage
After curettage of the cyst, there is a transverse defect in the apical part of the vestibular plate 1.1, but the membrane is planned to necessarily block this area.
As a preparation, the remaining sealing material in the 2.2 tooth projection was cleaned through point perforation
View of the individual membrane before installation.
Membrane samples, passive landing in the form of the initial alveolar process
Fixation with 2 screws, a mixture of auto-bone material and Xenograph BioOss is introduced through special holes.
Painted seams
3D CT 4 months after surgery
Postoperative complication. Perforation of the membrane through the mucous membrane. There is no indication of removal of the membrane due to its purely titanium structure. There are hygiene recommendations for the site.
Removing the membrane.
Bone augmentate obtained in the volume required for the installation of implants, despite the postoperative complication (perforation of the membrane).
Stage of implantation and gums plastics.
